Jordan‘s Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the ever-protective older brother, devoted some time from his working visit to Washington, DC to check on his younger brother, Prince Hashem (b. 2005), on Friday, September 22, 2023. Accompanied by his wife, Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, Crown Prince Al Hussein visited Prince Hashem at his university dorm where the trio enjoyed some quality time. Prince Hashem is currently a freshman, undergraduate student at a Washington DC-area university, said to be Georgetown University. Both Crown Prince Al Hussein and Prince Hashem are the sons of Queen Rania and King Abdullah II of Jordan.
Both King Abdullah II and Crown Prince Al Hussein are alumni of Georgetown University‘s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. King Abdullah completed a Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) in 1989, specializing in advanced study and Research in International Affairs. In 2016, Crown Prince Al Hussein graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) in International History. Prince Hashem is expected to graduate from university in 2027.
